This website is focused on one thing:
clear, practical mob grinding location information for World of Warcraft Classic.
The goal is to help players spend less time guessing and more time actually playing.
All grinding locations are researched with a focus on:
- Experience per hour
- Gold per hour
- Mob density and respawn
- Risk factors such as elites, casters, or competition
Over time, all mob grinding locations will be verified through in-game testing. These are marked clearly on the site so visitors know what has been measured and what is still theoretical.
This project is built with a long-term mindset. World of Warcraft Classic has seen multiple iterations over the years, and this site aims to provide content that remains useful across different versions and fresh launches.
About the author
I’ve been playing World of Warcraft since 2005, starting in Vanilla up until the end of Wrath of the Lich King. After a break I returned for Mist of Pandaria, before working life completely took me away from the game. When World of Warcraft Classic was announced and launched in 2019, it was the nostalgic feeling that brought me back into the game. Being able to relive the game I grew up with and experience it all the way until killing Kel’Thuzad was an amazing experience.
Grinding has always been my preferred way to play. It clears my head, keeps me self-sufficient, and removes the pressure of depending on others for gold or gear. Over the years I’ve spent more time than I’d like to admit searching for the best mob grinding locations for XP, for gold or for materials. That search eventually became this site.
Every location on GrindClassic.com is personally verified through real play sessions. No theorycrafting, no data scraped from other sources, just actual time spent at each spot, tracking what drops, what the XP rate looks like, and whether it’s worth your time. If a spot is on here, I’ve been there.
This is a hobby project built around a game I genuinely love. I hope it saves you the hours of research it took me to figure this out.
